After getting a nasty letter from my association here in Weston about keeping my roof in tip top shape in order not to devalue the community, I decided it was time to find someone to really blast the dirt and mildew off the tile, or I’d be racking up massive fines to the point where I’d start thinking about moving across town. So, after an extensive Google search, I came across No Pressure Roof Cleaning, and I’m glad I did.

What is the Difference?
As they state in their brochure, “your roof wasn’t designed to withstand 4,000 pounds of pressure.”
Your roof will actually become faded and can have a shortened life if you continue to use a power washer on it.
The process they follow is a chemical solution that is unique. It isolates and dissolves mildew but without the pressure washing or rinsing. This means there is no run off.
When it’s applied, it creates a separation of the mildew spores form the surface. It requires zero rinsing!
