I’m Chris Zasada, a Midwest transplant that moved down to Sunny South Florida way back in 1999.
When I moved here, the Internet wasn’t what it is today. There were very few resources outside of the old school travel agents that could give me information about where to live, where to eat, where to do activities, and how much things cost!
Fast forward over 20 years, and thanks to bloggers, travel review sites, and Yelp, we are armed with more information than ever.
There’s a lot to see and do down here in Florida, and as a writer, I enjoy sharing my experiences with the world whenever time permits. For now, this website is a hobby that I spend time on when permitted, but one day I hope that this will become the largest website on Florida Tourism. Hey, you have to have goals!
Everything here is written from my own perspective for anyone looking to visit Florida and frequent the popular destinations and businesses that make Florida unique. As I document my experiences, remember that these reviews and travel tips are all to help you enhance your trip. Some of the information may eventually become dated as I can’t possibly keep tabs on the entire State of Florida, so I do encourage user comments and participation to help everyone keep informed.
