I used to live right across the street from the Weston Massage Envy, and I always was meaning to go in there as I had only had one massage in my life before then and I really enjoyed it. But for whatever reason I never went in there and made an appointment.
I work at a desk on the computer all day and as you can probably guess, it doesn’t do any favors for my back and neck sitting like that for 8 hours (minus lunch and bathroom breaks). I really should get out and take a stroll to break up the day and get my body moving or perhaps visit the Weston YouFit more often, but that’s another matter. Anyway, one day I just had a really achy back and stiff neck and I couldn’t deny it anymore and made an appointment.

I was instantly impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of this location. It is located in a strip center on Weston Road and Indian Trace, near a Publix, CVS, and other shops. The first time you visit a Massage Envy location your first appointment is at a special rate of $40. Sign me up for that! I can’t remember who my masseuse was that day, but I loved it. If it’s your first time with them, you’ll need to fill out a questionnaire about your health, any medications, etc. and then list anything that is ailing you at the time if there’s any special attention paid to sore spots.

Every time I have gone there I have been more than satisfied. All of the masseuses I have had are very attentive to your needs. They will dedicate extra time to sore spots and are good listeners on whether you want more or less pressure. I myself like it very deep to the point of “tapping out” if it were a wrestling match. While it hurts when it’s happening, I feel so much better afterward when they really knead the knots out of my muscles.
As I mentioned above, the first visit is $40. After that, it is $80. Or you can become a member which is $60/month which gives you a 60-minute appointment each month. I signed up immediately as I knew I would use it (and I have!).
If you’ve got some sore spots or are just looking for a relaxing time, I’ve been more than happy with this parlor and will continue going back.
