Total Nutrition is located on State Road 84 just north of Weston and technically located in Sunrise, Florida. It’s the premier spot for the area to shop for nutritious protein smoothies, muscle supplements, weight loss products, and much more. The store is massive and is suited for athletes, bodybuilders, and health nuts alike.

This is my GO-TO store for anything having to do with getting healthy or fit. It’s got a massive selection of just about anything an athlete or workout buff could desire. The store is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the protein smoothies are on point, not to mention they are priced very well. (Compare the prices to My Organic Corner, which is across the street, as well as Midtown Athletic Club, and you have a hands down winner if you are looking for protein shakes.)
I’ll be updating this review very soon with photos of the location as well as more information, but right now I can say I am a regular customer and routinely purchase pre-workout formula from them, weight loss pills from them, as well as their protein shakes after a workout. They are the best option in Weston, Sunrise, and Davie if you are looking for supplements of any sort. They routinely have guests from many brands of nutrition companies and they also have a loyalty program. You can’t go wrong here. If you lift, or are trying to get fit, this is the spot you must shop at.
