Acquolina is Italian for “mouth watering,” and that wasn’t done by circumstance. The elegant, casual vibe allows guests in the bar, patio, and main dining room enjoy Italian American food as well as fish, steaks, and occasional specials like a pounded veal chop, Black Cod, and more.

Here’s another stunning dish from the best Italian restaurant in Weston. Here we have a surf in turf in the form of a grilled lobster tail, potatoes, and their famous skirt steak. This is one of the best specials I’ve seen on the menu, although I still feel the Veal Saltimboca is the best thing they’ve ever made!
