The District Four Transportation System Management and Operations (TSM&O) Program is dedicated to enhancing roadway conditions across Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River counties. This program adopts active, multi-modal traffic management strategies, aligning with the national Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSM&O) initiative.
