If you are having trouble with your air conditioner, or just have issues with cooling throughout your house, call them today. I have used them for several years and found them to be the best in Broward County because they usually come the same exact day that I make my inquiry. Living in Florida, we need our air conditioning to be working properly 24 hours per day!
The company is highly professional, on time, and never misses any opportunity to work with you. Forget small time shops that don’t answer the phone, don’t return calls, and don’t pay attention to detail. I felt the explanation I received when recently updating one of my A/C units was very fair. I had the option of doing a “quick fix” for $1,600 or getting an entire new unit for $3,600. They explained to me that the new unit came with a ten year warranty, which was a big selling point and ultimately led to me opting for that route. When your in a house that’s going on twenty years old, you always have to know you are going to invest in it at one point or another. That’s the way I look at it.
I was pleased with the way they didn’t force me to invest in the new unit and how they walked me through what “just fixing it for a couple years” would entail versus just ponying up the money for a new unit. They were very professional, as stated before, and I’m please to give them my highest rating.
